Add text-only Steps#22

The idea here is to have ‘bridge steps’ that would connect individual steps together.

Confluence pages (for tech documentation anyway) are typically standalone units or parts of larger clusters that provide context. For that content to work as a part of a guided pathway, the actual ‘guide’ (a bridging step) must exist.

Example:
Step 1 (bridge) - Introduce the purpose of the path + introduce the Step 2
Step 2 - Link to a Confluence page
Step 3 (bridge) - summarize Step 2 + explain why Step 4 follows.
Step 4 - Link to a Confluence page
